We try and learn about you and how we can best serve you by asking questions and truly listening to your response.
What's your situation? | What are your goals? | What's your primary motivation? | And many others...
Thorough explanation of the Buying process from start to finish
It's good to map this out up front so everyone has an understanding of the process:
- What's next?
- Who are the players? Brokers, Agents, Title Company, Lenders, Inspectors, etc.
- What contracts and forms are required? Hint: There are dozens of them!
- How does the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) work?
- Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, and many others.
- Document Management – everything is digital, almost.
Finding the perfect property! – Is that even possible?
Of course it is! We have access to all the properties currently available on the market, and some that haven't even been listed yet.
Most available properties will have Open Houses allowing you to physically go tour and inspect the home. This will give you an opportunity to get a feel for the home and see if it could be a good fit. We strongly encourage touring Open Houses as part of your search, not only will we provide you with a list of homes that meet your requirements... we'll be happy to join you!

Offer Strategy involves Buyer Preparation and starts long before you even begin looking for a property, let alone make an offer. Team up with us early and we'll help you prepare for success well in advance by working with you on your budget, financials and lender prequalification.
We'll then help craft your offer to make it attractive to sellers and stand out from the competition.
Finally, when the time comes, we'll negotiate hard on your behalf to try to get that offer accepted.
